- Proven experience as a Commercial Lines Producer with a history of generating $100,000+ in annual revenue.
- Strong skills in new-business development, prospecting, and relationship management.
- Established network of client and business-development relationships.
- Ability to work independently and manage the sales process effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to generate new business in commercial lines insurance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Independently manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Consistently achieve or exceed annual revenue targets of $100,000 or more.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
