About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Lines Producer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance sales and a passion for building client relationships. As a Commercial Lines Producer, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, cultivating leads, and delivering exceptional service to commercial clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Insurance Producer or similar role, with a strong track record of successful sales in the commercial insurance industry.
• Deep understanding of commercial insurance products, policies, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Strong business acumen and a results-driven mindset, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial insurance market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored insurance solutions.
• Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and coverage options for clients.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and market conditions to provide clients with up-to-date advice.
• Actively participate in networking events and industry conferences to expand your professional connections and generate leads.
• Prepare and present proposals, explaining coverage details and terms to potential clients.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and internal policies.
