Requirements

Active Property and Casualty Insurance Producer license is required.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in commercial lines insurance sales or related fields.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Strong analytical skills to assess client risks and recommend tailored insurance solutions.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
High level of accuracy in policy documentation, proposal creation, and client communication.
Familiarity with CRM tools, insurance quoting systems, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues while also working independently to achieve sales objectives.

Responsibilities

Build and Grow Relationships: Actively develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing business clients to understand their unique insurance needs and offer suitable solutions.
Sales and Revenue Generation: Achieve sales goals by prospecting, networking, and securing new commercial lines accounts while retaining current clients with excellent service.
Account Servicing: Serve as a trusted advisor by providing expert guidance and support, ensuring clients receive responsive and professional service.
Policy Management: Prepare and present insurance proposals, oversee renewals, resolve coverage issues, and negotiate policy terms to meet client needs.
Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest industry trends, policy changes, and coverage options to provide clients with accurate, informed advice.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company standards related to insurance product sales and servicing.
Collaboration: Work closely with underwriters, carriers, and other internal stakeholders to deliver cost-effective and comprehensive insurance solutions.
Community Engagement: Actively represent the company in the community through networking events, trade associations, and industry-related activities.
