About The Position
Shape the next generation of learners! Cross Country Education is seeking passionate Middle and High School Teachers to inspire and support students during the 2026–2027 school year in the Bronx, NY. Available Teaching Assignments: 6th Grade English Language Arts 7th & 8th Grade Science 8th Grade History High School Math: Algebra I & II, Pre-calculus, and Calculus 11th–12th Grade Social Justice. Deliver engaging, standards-aligned instruction that promotes student achievement. Assess student progress and adapt lessons to meet diverse learning needs. Foster a safe, inclusive classroom while collaborating with colleagues, families, and school staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
- Non-certified candidates must have relevant coursework demonstrating subject-matter expertise.
- 1+ years teaching the assigned subject to middle/high school students (urban setting preferred)
Nice To Haves
- Valid New York State Teaching Certification (Preferred)
