Complete Healthcare is a comprehensive, private practice with 10 locations specializing in Addiction Medicine, Primary Care, and Gynecology. As a Full-Time Mid-Level Practitioner at COMPLETE HEALTHCARE, you will play a pivotal role in managing the care and treatment of patients, ensuring their health and well-being are prioritized. Your responsibilities will encompass conducting thorough patient consultations and physical examinations, allowing you to build trusting relationships with those you serve. You will create tailored patient care plans that address individual health needs while ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests to aid in accurate assessments. Requirements

  • Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Degree from an accredited university.
  • Certification with organizations such as AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA.
  • Valid State of Ohio Licensure.
  • Valid DEA registration number in Ohio.
  • Active NPI.
