Complete Healthcare is a comprehensive, private practice with 10 locations specializing in Addiction Medicine, Primary Care, and Gynecology. As an established, rapidly growing, and fast-paced organization, we are seeking additional knowledgeable, compassionate, and patient driven Providers.

Requirements

• Strong clinical assessment and analytical skills.
• Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Degree from an accredited university.
• Certification with organizations such as AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA.
• Valid State of Ohio Licensure.
• Valid DEA registration number in Ohio.
• Active NPI.

Responsibilities

• Function as an essential member of the treatment team to deliver direct patient care.

• Manage the care and treatment of patients, ensuring their health and well-being are prioritized.
• Conduct thorough patient consultations and physical examinations.

• Order and interpret diagnostic tests to aid in accurate assessments.
