About The Position

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Mid-Level Motion GEOINT Analyst to support Department of Defense and Intelligence Community operations through full-motion video (FMV) exploitation, GEOINT analysis, and intelligence production. This is an onsite role in McLean, Virginia, requiring an active TS/SCI clearance. The position operates in a 24/7/365 shift environment and includes formal training and up to 90 days of on-the-job training.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Graduate of a formal Military Intelligence schoolhouse.
• Five or more years of post-schoolhouse intelligence analysis experience, including three or more years of GEOINT; alternatively, three or more years of GEOINT experience plus an associate degree.
• Full-motion video exploitation experience.
• MITIL training or certification.
• SAP program access.
• NGA product production experience.
• LiDAR and SAR imagery exploitation experience.
• Real-time touch-typing exploitation experience.
• Experience in shift-work GEOINT operations.
• Minimum typing speed of 32 WPM with 90% accuracy.

Nice To Haves

• Motion GEOINT experience supporting DoD or Intelligence Community operations.
• Familiarity with NGA standards and workflows.
• Experience in a high-tempo operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform real-time FMV/Motion GEOINT exploitation in a 24/7/365 shift environment.
• Analyze multi-spectral, infrared (IR), SAR, LiDAR, and other GEOINT imagery.
• Produce storyboards, vehicle follows, 360-degree graphics, reports, and NGA products.
• Perform real-time touch-typing exploitation.
• Collaborate with NGA, DoD, Intelligence Community, and mission partners.
• Mentor junior analysts and provide technical guidance.
