About The Position

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Junior Motion GEOINT Analyst or Motion GEOINT Analyst to support Department of Defense and Intelligence Community missions. The role focuses on full-motion video exploitation, Motion GEOINT analysis, and imagery production in a 24/7 operational environment. The position is onsite in McLean, Virginia, and requires an active TS/SCI clearance. Selected candidates must successfully complete MITIL, Fundamentals & Program Orientation, and on-the-job training.

Requirements

• Be a U.S. citizen and hold an active TS/SCI clearance.
• Have 3 or more years of post-schoolhouse intelligence analysis experience with military intelligence training, or a related bachelor's degree with military intelligence training.
• Have a military intelligence MOS or equivalent background, such as IMINT, All-Source, SIGINT, or HUMINT.
• Be able to work 24/7 shift schedules in a high-tempo environment.
• Successfully complete required program training and screening.
• Successfully complete MITIL, Fundamentals & Program Orientation, and OJT.

Nice To Haves

• Motion GEOINT or full-motion video exploitation experience.
• Experience with NGA imagery products and standards.
• Experience supporting DoD or Intelligence Community operations.
• Experience with SAP environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-motion video and Motion GEOINT exploitation.
• Analyze multi-spectral, infrared, SAR, hyperspectral, and LiDAR imagery.
• Touch-type live exploitation comments at a minimum of 32 words per minute with 90% accuracy.
• Produce storyboards, vehicle follows, and 360-degree graphics.
• Create NGA-standard imagery products, reports, and briefings.
• Research and analyze current and historical imagery.
• Support DoD and Intelligence Community mission requirements and collaborate with intelligence and geospatial teams.
