About The Position

This position supports our 2nd Shift, offering a 10% pay premium. The work schedule is a 4/10 work week, operating Monday to Thursday from 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM, with Fridays off. Employees work on advanced electronics for various applications, including defense systems. Requirements

High School Diploma or GED and 4 years work experience or equivalent experience
Secret Clearance
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings diagrams, hardware specifications, schematics, or written work instructions
Must work well with a team
Experience in using Excel
Advanced RF knowledge with a test environment

Nice To Haves

Advanced knowledge of electronic theory and components
Experience in microelectronics and RF testing
Experience working with a diverse team

Responsibilities

Operating test equipment in a closed room environment
Debugging test failures according to identified specifications and procedures
Maintaining workflow to achieve desired throughput and operation mix
Applying advanced knowledge of RF test theory to mitigate failure modes with data and analysis
