Microsoft Solutions Engineer
About The Position
Uline is hiring a Microsoft Solutions Engineer to serve as a Power Platform expert supporting one of the largest e-commerce sites in the U.S. The role focuses on managing Microsoft Power Platform solutions, identifying business automation opportunities, and improving performance and operational efficiency. The position is based at Uline’s Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, and all positions are on-site. Uline is a family-owned distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials with more than 10,000 employees across 15 locations. New hires must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening. Uline does not participate in the H-1B lottery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and PowerShell.
- Working knowledge of Entra ID and Microsoft 365 security and compliance.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Copilot Studio and Azure automation tools.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage Microsoft Power Platforms, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio.
- Partner with business teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver solutions that support high performance and efficient operations.
- Develop PowerShell scripts and automation to streamline processes, reporting, and user setup across Microsoft 365 and Power Platforms.
- Promote best practices and provide system support through clear documentation, training, and collaboration across teams.
