About The Position
Uline is hiring a Microsoft Solutions Engineer to serve as a Power Platform expert at its Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. The role supports one of the largest e-commerce sites in the U.S. and focuses on analyzing systems, identifying efficiencies, and delivering solutions that enable high performance and efficient operations. The position is on-site.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and PowerShell.
- Working knowledge of Entra ID and Microsoft 365 security and compliance.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Copilot Studio and Azure automation tools.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage Microsoft Power Platforms, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio.
- Partner with business teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver solutions that ensure high performance and efficient operations.
- Develop PowerShell scripts and automation to streamline processes, reporting, and user setup across Microsoft 365 and Power Platforms.
- Promote best practices and provide system support through clear documentation, training, and collaboration across teams.
