Pay Range: $62,300.00 - $102,350.00 We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics ERP Business Analyst to join our support/enhancement team. The ideal candidate will be experienced with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or AX 2012. This position is responsible for helping manage end-user support, system enhancements, and integrations across multiple ERP systems. This individual will collaborate with teams across the organization to document and resolve issues and assist in building and implementing solutions that meet business needs. The candidate should also be self-motivated, proactive, committed to continuous learning, be able to thrive in a collaborative environment, enjoy empowering others and is an effective communicator. Work Environment This position is a hybrid remote role requiring a minimum of three (3) days on-site per week, Monday through Friday.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or AX 2012.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities
  • Able to provide support and assistance to ERP end users.
  • Ability to gather requirements and turn into functional design documents.
  • Ability to collaborate professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with globally distributed teams.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work across multiple projects and deadlines.

  • Able to support change management and communication related to ERP changes and releases
  • Assist in monitoring system performance and proactively identify risks or issues

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred experience supporting ERP systems as part of an IT, software development, or data systems team.
  • Experience with logistics, inventory, and warehouse functions including picking/packing, product setup and maintenance, warehouse setup and configuration, and shipping processes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day ERP application support by troubleshooting and resolving issues enabling end users to perform daily functions.
  • Monitor, maintain, and support automated ERP business processes to ensure critical business functions operate smoothly.
  • Assist with updating and maintaining ERP data and data integrity.
  • Develop and maintain ERP training documentation and provide training to end users.
  • Collaborate with fellow team members, end users, stakeholders, and subject matter experts on various initiatives.
  • Perform discovery to identify, define, and document requirements into viable business solutions and functional design documents (FDDs), and work with development teams to build proposed solutions.
  • Identify, document, test, and validate ERP setup, configuration, and integration changes required by the business.
  • Manage intake and triage of incoming ERP access requests and support tickets from end users.
  • Perform system testing and support user acceptance testing
