About The Position

This role strengthens the Managed Services Practice as an ERP Application Support Analyst, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The position focuses on front-line and intermediate ERP support, offering exposure to escalation pathways, problem management, and continuous improvement initiatives. Candidates from ERP, accounting systems, financial applications, or application support backgrounds who are motivated to deepen their Business Central expertise are welcome. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience supporting ERP, financial, or business applications, ideally in a client‑facing environment
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or similar ERP such as NAV, NetSuite, Sage, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of core accounting processes (GL, AP, AR, financial reporting)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate technical issues into business-friendly language
  • Customer-focused, collaborative team player who works effectively across Tier 2/3 and operations teams
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; comfortable working in a managed services environment with SLAs, time tracking, and documentation
  • Demonstrated interest in growing into a Business Central specialist or functional/technical consulting role

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (cloud and/or on-prem NAV)
  • Familiarity with Power Platform, Power BI, or integrations within the Microsoft ecosystem
  • ITIL Foundation certification
  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., MB-800 Business Central Functional Consultant)
  • Accounting or finance designation / coursework
  • Experience working in a professional services or MSP environment
  • Bilingual French is a strong asset

Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1–2 application support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environments
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client issues related to financial workflows, system configuration, integrations, and application behaviour
  • Accurately assess issues, document findings, and resolve or escalate as appropriate
  • Deliver a high-quality client experience through phone and digital support channels
  • Collaborate with senior analysts and specialists on complex or recurring issues
  • Perform root-cause analysis and contribute to known-error databases and problem management documentation
  • Follow established ITIL-aligned service processes (incident, request, change) within a multi-client managed services environment
  • Support user access, configuration updates, basic data corrections, and reporting inquiries
  • Contribute ideas to improve process efficiency, service quality, and client outcomes
