About The Position

As a Dynamics 365 Business Analyst you’ll be responsible for serving as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into well-defined requirements and scalable Dynamics 365 solutions. In this role, you’ll focus on optimizing business processes, improving data quality, and ensuring Dynamics 365 is configured to support organizational goals.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of related experience in Data Analytics & Data Management or similar field.
  • Bachelor's degree in related field required.
  • Entry level knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
  • Entry level knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
  • Entry level to intermediate experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Visio) and experience with process flow documentation, design and implementation.
  • Entry level to intermediate experience presenting findings from large datasets in a clear, actionable way.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into Dynamics 365 configurations, feature, and acceptance criteria.
  • Analyze and map current-state and future-state business processes.
  • Configure and support Dynamics 365
  • Collaborate with developers, solution architects, and system administrators to deliver solutions.
  • Support testing efforts, including UAT planning, execution, and defect resolution.
  • Create functional documentation, process flows, and training materials.
  • Assist with data analysis, reporting, and dashboard requirements.
  • Provide ongoing system support, enhancements, and optimization recommendations.
  • Ensure solutions align with platform best practices, security, and data governance standards.
