About The Position

OntarioMD is seeking a Microsoft Business Systems Analyst to play a key role in enhancing and maintaining the organization’s corporate technology platforms. In this role, you will help drive the evolution, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of corporate business systems, primarily Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SharePoint, and the corporate website. Working collaboratively with business departments and stakeholders across the organization, you will translate business needs into effective, scalable, and user-focused platform enhancements. The role supports platform strategy and continuous improvement initiatives, manages approved system enhancements through established intake and governance processes, and provides ongoing support by responding to user requests, inquiries, and support tickets related to corporate platforms. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and solutions-focused professional with strong knowledge of MS Dynamics CRM and SharePoint.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with MS Dynamics CRM, SharePoint, and related tools in a business systems, platform management, or solution design role.
  • Demonstrated experience gathering and translating business requirements into system solutions.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various audiences including management and executive teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under time pressures.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with reporting, dashboards, or analytics tools is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for changes related to corporate business systems (primarily MS Dynamics CRM, SharePoint and the corporate website).
  • Manage and prioritize user requests in alignment with product roadmap release schedule.
  • Coordinate with the internal IT team and occasionally external vendors to support the implementation of system enhancements, integrations, and new functionality.
  • Change configuration and platform settings to support enhancements and requests not requiring development resources.
  • Work closely with the internal IT team to understand the impact of MS upgrades, recommend strategies to increase usage, and ensure OntarioMD staff can leverage new capabilities.
  • Provide guidance on corporate platforms and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
  • Conduct reviews and manage release cycles and ensure smooth delivery and rollout while validating solutions meet business needs and quality standards.
  • Develop and execute communication plans to promote awareness and keep stakeholders informed about upcoming changes, new features, and benefits.
  • Conduct impact assessments and establish feedback loops to capture user experience and adoption challenges.
  • Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing forums to support effective platform use.
  • Develop documentation, guides, and training materials to support system usage and adoption for diverse audiences.
  • Track adoption metrics and report progress to leadership.
  • Support the development and maintenance of platform roadmaps, aligned to the Corporate Systems strategy and annual planning cycle.
  • Participate in weekly status and planning meetings to support creation of, and updates to, roadmaps and system operations.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of data governance standards, information management practices, and platform usage guidelines.
