About The Position

Every day, Cambia's dedicated team of Microsoft Systems Administrators are living our mission to make health care easier and lives better. As a member of the IT team, this position supports the day-to-day maintenance, testing, and documentation of Microsoft Enterprise Management systems and tools – all in service of creating a person-focused health care experience. Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program specializing in Computer Science/Systems, Information Technology, or a related field. (Candidates who have completed their degree in the last nine months are also encouraged to apply.)
  • Basic familiarity with Windows and Microsoft applications.
  • Interest in Microsoft technologies and enterprise IT environments.
  • Curiosity about enterprise device and identity management.
  • Willingness to learn, ask questions, and take direction.
  • Strong communication skills — both written and verbal.
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with device configuration, compliance, and provisioning using Microsoft Intune.
  • Support application packaging and deployment tasks under team guidance.
  • Help maintain and organize documentation for device management processes.
  • Assist with user and device management tasks within Microsoft Entra.
  • Support the team in managing cloud-based workspaces using Windows 365.
  • Participate in testing and quality checks for device configurations and compliance policies.
  • Follow Cambia's IT policies and procedures while contributing to team meetings and tracking progress on assigned tasks.
