The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce is responsible for the operational stability, support, optimization, and continuous improvement of the company’s retail and omnichannel commerce platforms. This role combines business process understanding with strong technical and functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce and related business applications. The BSA acts as the bridge between Business and IT, ensuring stable retail operations while enabling scalable process and system improvements across stores, eCommerce, and omnichannel environments. The position is part of the local IT organization, reports to the local VP of IT, and works in close alignment with the global BSA team at headquarters within an extended workbench model. The successful candidate combines strong analytical and technical capabilities with a pragmatic operational mindset. This person is comfortable working hands-on within business-critical systems, collaborating across global teams, and driving both operational stability and continuous improvement initiatives.
