Entry-level Microelectronics R&D Engineer

About The Position

Radiance Technologies, a rapidly growing employee-owned company, is searching for a talented candidate to join our Electronic Systems and Cyber Technologies Group. This person will provide technical research and microelectronics design with an emphasis on hardware security and testing. This person will work with a multi-disciplined team involving research into microelectronic trends and hardware vulnerabilities including hardware exploitation, side-channel attacks, and anti-tamper techniques. This person will be required to design and test printed circuit boards (PCBs), design and simulate analog circuits, and prototype designs on a field programmable gate array (FPGA). This person needs to have innovation, quick learning, excellent communication skills, and adaptive thinking. They will need to have strong analytical, debugging, and troubleshooting skills. They must work well in a fast-paced mission-driven environment.

Requirements

  • BS in Electrical or Computer Engineering or relevant technical field
  • Minimum GPA of 3.5
  • US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS security clearance
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Ability to efficiently evaluate and solve problems
  • Must be self-motivated and work well on a team

Responsibilities
