Radiance Technologies is seeking an Entry-level Microelectronics R&D Engineer to join their Electronic Systems and Cyber Technologies Group. This role focuses on technical research and microelectronics design, with a strong emphasis on hardware security and testing. The engineer will collaborate with a multi-disciplined team to research microelectronic trends and hardware vulnerabilities, including hardware exploitation, side-channel attacks, and anti-tamper techniques. Key responsibilities include designing and testing printed circuit boards (PCBs), designing and simulating analog circuits, and prototyping designs on a field programmable gate array (FPGA). The ideal candidate will possess innovation, quick learning abilities, excellent communication skills, and adaptive thinking, along with strong analytical, debugging, and troubleshooting skills. The position requires working effectively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. This role is specifically designed for applicants who have a Bachelor's degree and are seeking a fall internship opportunity while pursuing their Master's or PhD in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
