In this role, you will be a key driver in executing our global strategy within the vital microelectronics market. Your primary responsibility is to support the implementation of the global integrated services strategy, adapting it for our regional microelectronics customers. Working in partnership with the Integrated Services Leader, you will translate the overarching global strategy into tactical execution plans for both existing and new accounts. You will then lead and collaborate with regional commercial teams to qualify, pursue, and implement these plans, ensuring the necessary processes and support structures are in place for success. You will provide crucial market feedback to inform the global strategy which is a vital part of enabling our commercial strategy at global scale. You will become a member of the best commercial organization in the water business: using curiosity and creativity to grow a quality pipeline, clearly defining needs/wants through a customer lens, developing/managing commercial plans with a focus on growth, and negotiating contracts that benefit our customers and our business. You will benefit from strong emotional intelligence with abilities to support and provide guidance to a multi-discipline team.
