Together, we pursue a shared mission to create a more sustainable future. In this role, you will be a key driver in executing our global strategy within the vital microelectronics market. Your primary responsibility is to support the implementation of the global integrated services strategy, adapting it for our regional microelectronics customers. Working in partnership with the Integrated Services Leader, you will translate the overarching global strategy into tactical execution plans for both existing and new accounts. You will then lead and collaborate with regional commercial teams to qualify, pursue, and implement these plans, ensuring the necessary processes and support structures are in place for success. You will provide crucial market feedback to inform the global strategy which is a vital part of enabling our commercial strategy at global scale. You will become a member of the best commercial organization in the water business: using curiosity and creativity to grow a quality pipeline, clearly defining needs/wants through a customer lens, developing/managing commercial plans with a focus on growth, and negotiating contracts that benefit our customers and our business. You will benefit from strong emotional intelligence with abilities to support and provide guidance to a multi-discipline team.   • Knowledge of Microelectronics Industry, customer, their organization and their processes
  • Strong technical understanding of water treatment solutions; specifically those used by Microelectronics customers; including UF, RO, Ion Exchange, EDI, Clarifier, Multimedia filtration, evaporation & crystallization, softeners and wastewater technologies
  • Excellent communication, listening and relationship building abilities

  • Superior time management and prioritization skills in fast-paced environments
  • Proficient computer skills including the use of Salesforce, ServiceMax, Computer Information Technology, Google Workspace or other similar tools
  • Minimum of 5 years client services, relationship management and/or sales experience working with industrial customers within the water and wastewater treatment industry

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with Microelectronics customers
  • Technical degree in Engineering, Biology, Chemistry or Environmental Science from an accredited college or university
  • Experience in the application of the principals of “Strategic Selling” (Miller Heiman) or similar sales strategies

Responsibilities

  • Using curiosity, creativity and a growth mindset to grow a quality pipeline, clearly defining needs/wants through a customer lens, developing/managing commercial plans with a focus on growth, and negotiating contracts that benefit our customers and our business.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key, microelectronics customers to assess and qualify needs, confirm scope, work with internal support staff to create and communicate solution and execute strategies with a focus on short and long term growth.
  • Provide expert guidance and collaborate across functions and organizational boundaries to mobilize stakeholders towards shared goals.
  • Negotiate complex contracts and drive initiatives using knowledge of Veolia Water Tech products, services, and applications.
  • Demonstrate leadership in a matrixed environment, working with the Integrated Services Leader to implement the necessary business processes and operating rhythms.
  • Support customer and contracts negotiations when required with support from regional services team, legal, finance and HR.
  • Manage, track and monitor a strategic growth plan that details sales strategies and regional, market and customer focus for Integrated Services in the Microelectronics Industry and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
  • Test the market, develop some quick wins and once success has been established, build a team to expand the strategy (goal for 2026).
