About The Position

Fractal Analytics is seeking a Senior Growth Leader to drive new client acquisition within its Financial Services practice. This role is for a "hunter" who excels at opening doors, building relationships from scratch, and converting prospects into new clients. The individual will be responsible for pipeline creation and managing the full sales cycle, with a primary focus on winning new business rather than account management. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in at least one of the following areas: Financial Services domain knowledge, technical and analytics-led selling, or disciplined sales execution, and will leverage this expertise to position Fractal's AI and analytics solutions effectively.

Requirements

  • 10–14 years of sales experience, ideally selling complex or consultative solutions
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-engagement skills
  • Comfort operating in cross-functional, fast-moving environments
  • Willingness to travel as needed (up to ~30%)
  • Best-in-class strength in at least one of these areas: Financial Services domain expertise, technical and analytics-led selling, or disciplined sales execution
  • A proven ability to build and manage a pipeline independently
  • Strong sales discipline and deal rigor
  • A track record of closing new business
  • The ability to engage both business and technical stakeholders
  • Experience selling complex solutions across AI, analytics, consulting, or technology
  • Depth in core analytics domains such as Customer Analytics, Marketing Analytics, and Forecasting
  • A hands-on selling style
  • A graduate degree in a quantitative or technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics) is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Win net-new clients across Financial Services, specifically in banking, payments, and asset/wealth management
  • Build and manage a consistent, self-generated pipeline
  • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting through close
  • Structure and negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and SOWs to close new business
  • Support RFPs and build compelling, client-specific proposals that win
  • Run a structured, disciplined sales process (for example, MEDDIC)
  • Engage senior client stakeholders and position AI and analytics solutions to their needs
  • Partner closely with internal teams to close deals and set up a smooth delivery handoff
  • Collaborate with distributed delivery and consulting teams across the US and India
  • Transition accounts to delivery after the sale, keeping focus on the next win
