About The Position

This role involves driving a delivery vehicle to transport prepared foods from a production kitchen to various sites according to a set schedule. The attendant will also be responsible for maintaining the front of house area and coffee stations, ensuring they are clean and stocked with product. A key aspect of the role is merchandising products attractively to Guckenheimer standards and providing a welcoming experience for guests.

Requirements

  • Valid state driver's license
  • Must be 18 or older
  • Clean and safe DMV driving record
  • Must have a passion for customer service
  • Always have a positive attitude
  • Be dependable and reliable
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to smile and keep calm under busy working conditions
  • Work up to 8 hours a day on your feet, excluding breaks
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 25lbs
  • Come to work properly dressed according to the dress code
  • Employees must be able to work under pressure and time deadlines during peak periods

Nice To Haves

  • Willingness to take directions from the Chef, Front of the House Manager and Catering Manager
  • Build relationships with delivery vendors

Responsibilities

  • Drive a delivery vehicle for the purpose of delivering prepared foods from the production kitchen to various sites, following a predetermined schedule.
  • Maintain the front of house area and coffee stations while keeping service areas clean and stocked with product.
  • Merchandise products in an attractive manner to Guckenheimer standard.
  • Greet guests, making them feel welcome.
  • Maintain product inventory to established levels.
  • Maintain contracted coffee program.
  • Accurately restock and rotate products.
  • Complete necessary HACCP to ensure safe temperature control.
  • Display merchandise in an attractive manner.
  • Maintain all MK areas in a neat, clean, and attractive manner.
  • Label and display signs for all items.
  • Restock MKs with adequate product throughout the day.
  • Adhere to Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) policies and procedures.
  • Follow safety protocols, maintain environmental responsibility, and uphold quality standards.
  • Actively participate in HSEQ training and report any potential hazards or compliance concerns.
