About The Position

Foxelli Group is building an AI-powered entertainment studio that produces vertical micro-drama series for US audiences, primarily women aged 35–55. The Micro-Drama Director will turn scripts into emotionally powerful episodes, taking creative ownership from script review through final approval. The role works with screenwriters, AI video creators, and editors to guide creative execution; it does not require writing scripts or generating every video. The director should identify what needs improvement while approving work that is already production-ready. The position involves evaluating season storylines and episode screenplays, setting visual standards for series, directing AI video production, and reviewing edits for pacing, tension, music, sound design, and visual storytelling. The director will provide clear, actionable feedback, maintain consistency across episodes, and help increase production speed without sacrificing quality. Audience feedback and retention data will inform future episodes. This is a 100% remote role, hiring in selected European countries and South Africa. The team works primarily in the Eastern European Time Zone (EET, UTC+2/UTC+3), and full-time workers are asked to be available for at least five hours during typical EET working hours. The role is based on a contract/freelance agreement, with a fixed monthly service fee of €2,000–5,000 depending on experience.
