About The Position

AllShore Talent is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer specializing in Creative AI to build and deliver AI-powered creative production solutions for large enterprise customers. The role combines production software engineering, expert-level knowledge of professional creative workflows, and the ability to lead unscripted demonstrations for senior executives.

The engineer will own customer engagements from initial discovery through production deployment, adoption, and renewal. They will translate customer challenges into scalable full-stack systems, build and ship production code, and develop automated, multi-step creative workflows and pipelines. The position focuses on lasting production solutions rather than short-term prototypes or demonstrations, and requires independent ownership of customer outcomes.

Candidates must provide a public portfolio or verifiable examples of personally completed work showing both full-stack engineering and production software development, as well as professional creative-tool expertise. Candidates without such evidence cannot be considered.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience building and shipping production software.
• Strong full-stack engineering experience with recent, hands-on production coding.
• Deep professional mastery of at least one creative platform, such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, Substance 3D, or a comparable professional creative tool.
• Hands-on experience building multi-step automated workflows or pipelines using tools such as ComfyUI, n8n, or similar platforms.
• Experience presenting complex technical solutions to senior enterprise executives.
• Demonstrated ability to turn executive presentations or demonstrations into adoption, renewals, or expanded engagements.
• Ability to independently own an engagement from discovery through production deployment and customer adoption.
• A public portfolio or verifiable examples of personally completed work demonstrating full-stack engineering, production software development, and professional creative-tool expertise.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with enterprise generative AI or creative automation platforms.
• Experience with creative production workflow builders or brand intelligence solutions.
• Industry experience in healthcare and life sciences, financial services, or media and entertainment.
• Experience supporting medical, legal, or regulatory compliance-review workflows.

Responsibilities

• Embed directly with large enterprise customers to build AI-powered creative production solutions.
• Own complex customer engagements from initial discovery through production deployment, adoption, and renewal.

• Build and ship production code regularly.
• Develop automated, multi-step creative workflows and pipelines.
• Lead live, unscripted demonstrations for executive audiences, including CMOs and CTOs.
