Requirements
Bachelor's degree, required.
Excellent computer, organizational, verbial and written skills.
2 years of relevant experience required.
Documented Successful Experience may be substituted for formal degrees.
Supports the College mission implicitly and explicitly in the daily execution of all duties and responsibilities.
Actively participates in maintaining an effective and continuous recruiting program.
Participates in Institutional Effectiveness activities.
Represents the College in a professional manner as evidenced by dress, demeanor and the discharge of daily responsibilities.

Responsibilities
Recruits and guides students around barriers, assists with student learning in the classroom, meets with students on a timely basis to ensure their progress, and works closely with instructors.
Monitors and assesses training to assure quality.
Completes necessary documentation of services performed.
Collaborates with and assists the LACES data manager to ensure input of MlBEST information is accurate and on time.
Cross-trains to provide back up for other Adult Education staff.
Ensure that grant activities are scheduled and accomplished on time and on budget.
Attend and conduct professional development as required by the grant.
Ensure attainment of grant objectives.
Conduct reporting as required by the Ml-BEST Grant.
Obtains knowledge of Workforce and Community Services' programs to communicate a working knowledge of the various training programs and services.
Collaborates with MTED staff and faculty on recruiting events and tours of the CTE programs.
Assembles a diverse team to market programs to the community.
Reports recruiting efforts to the Adult Education Director.
Effectively communicates with, cooperates with, and supports other college personnel in daily activities.
Participates in EMCC and divisional staff meetings.
Participates in minimum twenty hours of AE-approved professional development.
Assists with and fulfills other duties as assigned by the Adult Education Director.
