In this position, the MH supervisor for MPL is responsible for coaching safety, quality, and productivity by following standardized work processes. The role involves communication, recognition, and building capabilities among Team Leaders and Team Members to foster a productive work environment. - Verifying safe and smooth line operations through Process Confirmation.
- Supporting continuous improvement by coaching problem resolution at the lowest level.
- Communication, recognition, and building capabilities among Team Leaders and Team Members to foster a productive work environment.
- Administrative tasks related to supervisory responsibilities and documentation.
