This role supervises data integrity analysts, ensuring smooth and accurate workflow in daily processes through task reallocation and regular system configurations and maintenance. The position contributes to system data accuracy via data loads and audits, and performs testing in a TEST environment for system enhancements and upgrades. It involves investigating system capabilities and technologies to optimize application use and automation, and is responsible for developing data quality controls. The role gathers business requirements, recommends solutions in collaboration with IT, Finance, and OR teams, and leads data integrity analysts on Supply Chain data projects, determining priorities and providing guidance. It monitors data analysts' workload for efficiency, suggesting and implementing procedures to improve productivity, and periodically analyzes internal work processes to recommend changes for operational efficiency and customer service. The role conducts mid-year and annual reviews for data integrity analysts, managing staff performance metrics, providing work direction, guidance, coaching, and training. It serves as a resource for enhanced reporting, assists in data validation for new reports and automated system scripts, and trains data integrity analysts on data tool usage. The position develops training materials for personnel on data integrity practices and provides analytics and reporting for Supply Chain requests, including purchasing, physician usage, expense tracking, and perpetual inventory reporting. It reviews budgets, goals, budget variances, and discrepancies with the Director, and participates in strategic departmental plans. The role works closely with Inventory Control, Purchasing, and Supply Chain Coordinators for efficient product transitions and timely information system updates. It oversees data entry tasks such as item building, product updates, and dictionary maintenance, and acts as a liaison with Finance for item data capture accuracy. The role works with Purchasing and Contracting teams to confirm price and contract integrity, auditing price files. It provides administrative support for data inquiries and project updates, monitors compliance in Supply Chain areas using analytics, and handles ad hoc projects/reports and special projects as assigned.
