About The Position

Using knowledge of company products, services, support and technology, oversees sales operations activities to achieve company goals. Maintains relationship with field personnel to ensure timely, accurate, and prompt forecast submissions. Works with global cross functional team to develop and administer the company’s worldwide sales forecast. Responsible for organizing financial modeling and statistical studies for sales department.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 10 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 7 years experience; or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years working in the technology industry.
  • Adaptable, flexible, open for new way of doing things.
  • Good communication skills, bias to action, and results-driven.
  • Ability to multi-task, work in a cross-functional environment, and lead and influence others to develop solutions.

Nice To Haves

  • Operations background in the semiconductor industry.
  • Knowledge of CRM/ SAP/ Power BI/ Intermediate to advanced Excel/ Power Point.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with company‑wide, cross‑functional teams to deliver timely and accurate forecasts on bookings, shipments, and revenue to executive leadership.
  • Rapidly ramp on company products and leverage product knowledge to build, manage, and continuously improve forecasting accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with overseas Sales and Regional Business Operations teams to align forecasts, incorporate field input, and provide strategic direction to support company objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, and Business Development to review and monitor commercial deal execution, ensuring compliance with established business and financial policies.
  • Support Sales, Business Development, and R&D in evaluating new business opportunities and assessing their near‑term and long‑term impact on business forecasts.
  • Own configuration management, non‑standard requests, shipment slotting, and delivery execution to meet customer and internal commitments.
  • Work closely with overseas Account teams and Order Fulfillment to understand customer specifications and complex configuration requirements.
  • Lead shipment configuration reviews with Manufacturing teams and Product Groups across the U.S. and overseas, ensuring accurate configuration content and on‑time delivery to Supply Chain and Manufacturing.
  • Review and process customer purchase orders, ensuring compliance with commercial, legal, and contractual terms for all shipments.
  • Communicate committed ship dates to account teams and proactively manage ship date risks, misses, and recovery plans.
  • Coordinate with manufacturing, logistics, and shipping teams to ensure on‑time delivery and successful execution.
  • Drive post‑delivery issue resolution by leading cross‑functional root cause analysis and mitigation plans.
  • Support Corporate Business Development and Account teams in preparing for and hosting customer meetings to strengthen partnerships and improve business outcomes.
