This job delivers policies, practices and processes efficiently and effectively to the employed providers, including physicians and advanced practice providers, in a manner that enhances the ease of use for providers which helps to put patients first. Works cooperatively with all other human resources divisions related to benefit plan development and communication, onboarding, policy implementation, talent development, practice acquisition and employee relations from the providers’ perspective. Helps to coordinate the efforts of the physician staffing services (PSS) team to ensure a smooth employee experience for all employed providers.
