The Manager of Facilities, Safety, and Security provides comprehensive leadership and management of operational services supporting the College of Public Health and Health Professions and reports to the Executive Director for Finance and Administration. This position supports a broad portfolio of services within the college including facilities management, asset management, safety, and security. A primary focus of the role is proactive and strategic facilities management for all space assigned to the College, ensuring optimal utilization, safety, functionality, and alignment with academic, research, and administrative needs. The Manager also leads the planning, execution, and oversight of capital improvement and deferred maintenance projects, and is responsible for the procurement of furnishings and coordination of audiovisual (A/V) technology for instructional, research, and administrative environments. This position serves as the College’s primary Building Emergency Coordinator (BEC) and plays a central leadership role in emergency preparedness and response.
