About The Position

Restaurant Associates is the industry's leading provider of dining and event catering for some of the nation's most prestigious museums, performing arts centers and corporations. This individual will provide assistance in the oversight of business activities and program administration, serving as one of the key liaisons with our customers.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience
• Possess general hospitality knowledge and interest in sustainability and sustainable food practices
• ServSafe Certification is preferred

Nice To Haves

• Associate’s Degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws
• Interacts with customers and resolves customer complaints in a friendly and service-oriented manner
• Completes interviewing, hiring, and training of employees
• Plans, assists, and directs work while appraising performance, addressing complaints, and resolving problems
• Oversees facility operations
• Performs other duties as assigned
