Requirements

15+ years in digital, with 10+ years in technology workflow adoption, operating model development, and change management
7+ years direct management experience in digital marketing and consulting
Experience in well-established consulting firms or leading digital marketing technology vendors
Proven ability to develop organizational frameworks and change management methodologies
Excellent presentation skills and analytical competence
Willing to travel and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Responsibilities

Consult on strategy development, organizational restructuring, and business management to improve efficiencies
Partner with senior management to assess client businesses and propose improvements
Develop and evaluate personnel to ensure efficient operation
Lead a team to build high-quality deliverables that communicate strategic alignment and return on investment
Provide analytical expertise to prioritize accounts and strategies
