Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field required.
Minimum 5–7 years of progressive IT management experience in an automotive or advanced manufacturing environment.
Proven success in leading IT teams within a high-volume, fast-paced, and highly automated production environment.
Strong background in project management, including ERP/MRP implementation, network upgrades, and enterprise-scale systems.
Experience with cybersecurity frameworks, compliance standards, and risk management practices.
Hands-on experience with LAN/WAN management, EDI systems, Microsoft technologies, and cloud-based platforms.
Excellent vendor management, negotiation, and contract administration skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence, collaborate, and lead at all organizational levels.
Ability to perform work while standing, walking, or sitting for extended amounts of time.
Ability to walk up and down stairs frequently.
Ability to lift up to 15 pounds on a frequent basis and up to 40 pounds on an occasional basis.
Ability to work near alcohols, solvent, paints, or plastic sanding dust.
Work below the knees and above the shoulders will be required.
Good vision at a close distance and the ability to distinguish color is required with or without the use of corrective lenses.
Ability to hear alarms with or without the use of hearing aids.

Master’s degree in IT Management, Business Administration, or related discipline preferred.
