Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum 5–7 years of progressive IT management experience in an automotive or advanced manufacturing environment
  • Proven success in leading IT teams within a high-volume, fast-paced, and highly automated production environment
  • Strong background in project management, including ERP/MRP implementation, network upgrades, and enterprise-scale systems
  • Experience with cybersecurity frameworks, compliance standards, and risk management practices
  • Hands-on experience with LAN/WAN management, EDI systems, Microsoft technologies, and cloud-based platforms
  • Excellent vendor management, negotiation, and contract administration skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence, collaborate, and lead at all organizational levels

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in IT Management, Business Administration, or related discipline
