Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 5–7 years of progressive IT management experience in an automotive or advanced manufacturing environment
- Proven success in leading IT teams within a high-volume, fast-paced, and highly automated production environment
- Strong background in project management, including ERP/MRP implementation, network upgrades, and enterprise-scale systems
- Experience with cybersecurity frameworks, compliance standards, and risk management practices
- Hands-on experience with LAN/WAN management, EDI systems, Microsoft technologies, and cloud-based platforms
- Excellent vendor management, negotiation, and contract administration skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence, collaborate, and lead at all organizational levels
