About The Position

Activities and Responsibilities Responsible for developing and managing annual budgets and capital investments. Engages with sales, engineering, distributors departments, as well as customers directly. Directs and manages plant operations with overall responsibilities for production, maintenance, quality, production, production control, finance, and Environmental Health and Safety. Leads Environmental Health and Safety and compliance initiatives ensuring all facility members adhere to NSK policies and procedures. Removes constraints through the allocation of human and equipment resources to maximize plant profitability. Conduct performance appraisals and provides coaching and guidance that motivates the staff to meet or exceed plant policy goals and objectives. Develops and executes succession planning and employee development. Establishes and maintains a positive community relationship by actively engaging with leaders in city/county/state government, law enforcement and civic groups and organizations. Schedules and conducts plant wide meetings, meets with and welcomes customers, suppliers and other plant visitors. Prepares and coordinates for corporate review, plant performance to KPI metrics at regular intervals - weekly/monthly/annually.
