The Division of Infectious Diseases and Global Medicine is seeking enthusiastic and qualified applicants to fill the MGR, Healthcare Administration position. The manager serves as a senior member of the division’s administrative leadership team and exercises independent judgement in managing programs, resources, and personnel. Primary responsibilities are to complete administrative tasks across the tri-partisan mission including clinical trials budget negotiations and invoicing, faculty compensation plan analysis & ad hoc reporting, budgetary preparation, variance reporting, clinical operations and human resource assignments. The role requires the ability to interpret and apply accounting principles to transactions; to work accurately with numerical detail; and to analyze, consolidate, and interpret accounting data. Additionally, this role is responsible for the day to day operations of the Infectious Diseases Administrative Office and serves as a liaison for all faculty and staff. This position will report directly to the Assistant Director. We are seeking an engaging, professional, and highly responsible individual for this role. Your ability to work autonomously, set priorities, meet deadlines, and exercise sound judgment in diverse situations is crucial. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, exceptional communication, and desire to create a welcoming environment are key attributes for success in this position. This role has significant input into the formulation of the divisional policies and procedures based upon a demonstrated understanding of the division’s functions and roles.
