About The Position
Performs the role of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Project Management Office lead. Acts as liaison with process owners and auditors to ensure proper documentation of the company's internal control features. Additionally, reviews and tracks to completion closure of any control deficiencies and prepares various reports for executive leadership. Responsible for delivering annual SOX compliance training. Also responsible for Accounts Payable department, ensuring that vendors are paid timely in accordance with purchase order terms.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline (or the equivalent in education, training and experience), plus a minimum of 6 years of applicable, progressive professional and/or supervisory work experience
- Master's degree and 4 years relevant experience.
Nice To Haves
- Audit experience preferred
- knowledge of SAP and IFS a plus.
