About The Position
The Manager, Engineering leads and manages technical activities in the Global Products Group, which designs and engineers Lam’s etch and deposition products. Depending on the function, the role may oversee hardware development—including electronic design, mechanical design, or hardware reliability—software development—including software systems, applications, or software quality assurance—or integrated hardware/software systems design. The position supports innovation and solutions to challenges in the semiconductor industry.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 4–6 years of supervisory experience.
Responsibilities
- Direct, lead, and manage technical activities for a hardware development function, which may include electronic design, mechanical design, and/or hardware reliability.
- Direct, lead, and manage technical activities for a software development function, which may include software systems, applications, and/or software quality assurance.
- Direct, lead, and manage technical activities for an integrated hardware/software systems design function.
