About The Position

This benchmark is intended to be used by companies that have generic classifications engaged in research and/or product development encompassing primarily one or more of the following engineering disciplines: electronics, electrical, mechanical, and/or chemical.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an ABET accredited school of engineering.
• 8 years of progressive technical experience in research, engineering, and design or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• Understanding of Planning Yard Eng and ILS processes and interrelationships.
• Teaming and relationship-building experience.
• Experience with customer interface and project management.
• Experience preparing and presenting data to internal and external customers.
• Master's of Science degree in Engineering and professional registration with 6 years of relevant experience.
