About The Position

We are looking for a strong people leader and strategic Commercial Manager who can guide, develop, and inspire a high-performing team while leading the governance and evolution of our commercial and customer master data environment. This role requires someone who not only performs well independently, but also drives team performance, motivates others, and brings out the best in the entire group while enabling scalable, digital-first operations through high-quality data, streamlined processes, and operational excellence across the Order-to-Cash (OTC) lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in commercial operations, customer service, master data, or related business functions
  • Experience working with ERP systems and digital tools in a complex environment
  • Proven track record in process improvement and operational excellence
  • Proven people leadership experience with the ability to coach, develop, motivate, and elevate team performance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, IT, or a related field

  • Postgraduate degree is an asset
  • Experience with analytics and automation tools is an asset

Responsibilities

  • Lead & Develop a High-Performing Team: Coach, mentor, and develop a team of professionals, building capability and confidence across the function. Drive team performance by setting clear expectations, motivating others, and fostering accountability. Create an engaged, collaborative culture that brings out the best in individuals and the team as a whole.
  • Drive Data Excellence: Lead governance of customer and commercial master data (customer, product, pricing, contracts, services). Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance across ERP and connected systems. Establish and enforce data standards, controls, and policies.
  • Enable Digital & Scalable Operations: Standardize and automate master data processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual work. Support digital transformation initiatives and system enhancements. Optimize data flows across the Order-to-Cash ecosystem.
  • Ensure Billing Accuracy & Operational Reliability: Oversee pricing, billing, and invoicing data accuracy across all channels (EDI, WebShop, automated processes). Improve billing readiness and reduce errors, credit notes, and rework. Lead root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Impact: Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, IT, and Shared Services to improve end-to-end processes. Serve as the subject matter expert for master data and commercial systems. Ensure service quality and alignment with Shared Services partners.
  • Optimize Performance: Define and track KPIs to monitor service levels and operational performance. Use data insights to identify trends and drive continuous improvement. Strengthen process consistency and execution across the business.
