It leads projects to gather and analyze data related to learning inside and outside of the classroom, focusing on career design, experiential learning participation, and post-graduation outcomes to identify trends. The role manages career-related technologies supporting scalable career coaching, employer engagement, experimental learning tracking, and student access to career services. As a system administrator, this position implements updates, monitors data integrity, optimizes workflows, and provides user support. It also develops training materials, user guides, and quality assurance processes for consistent adoption. Collaboration with UFIT, the Office of the University Registrar, and campus partners is essential to ensure compliance with university policies and enhance the student experience. The role strengthens cross-functional collaboration to effectively leverage data for student success, institutional priorities, and the university's mission. Additionally, the position meets with students, faculty, staff, administrators, alumni, and other partners to support data-informed decision-making for student success. It serves as a consultative point of contact for faculty and departmental partners, translating career and outcomes data into actionable insights. The role coordinates and provides programmatic and service offerings that support the student experience, fostering skill-building, resource navigation, readiness, and overall success. Collaboration with career coaches is key to assessing student career readiness trends, identifying populations needing targeted support, and evaluating the effectiveness of coaching and engagement initiatives. Insights are communicated clearly to support case management strategies, targeted student interventions, and continuous improvement of career services and experiential learning initiatives. The position also develops and coordinates communication plans, surveys, and continuous improvement efforts for student career outcomes. It supports the ongoing management of data related to career readiness, experiential learning, and student success using various systems. Data is used to inform career coaching strategies, employer outreach, and targeted student interventions. Insights, research, and findings are communicated to leadership for strategic planning and resource allocation. Documentation, data dictionaries, and reporting protocols are maintained for transparency and data literacy. Assessment summaries and outcome reports are prepared to support program enhancement and institutional goals. Finally, the role assists with team management, budget support, supervision, and other administrative functions, fostering a data-informed culture through committee work, training, and education on data access and literacy. Collaboration with colleagues identifies data needs for strategic planning. Attendance at staff and supervision meetings ensures clear communication. Participation in various committees is expected, and there is potential to supervise student assistants. Project outcomes are tracked, reported, and communicated to stakeholders.
