Responsibilities

• Directs industrialization of products to meet quality, cost and delivery time requirements.
• Is involved in the design, the selection and the location of production facilities within the allocated budget, by defining the equipment and tools specifications as well as the related technical specifications.
• Guarantees the sustainability and a continuous enhancing of jobs skills related to methods and industrialization, through trainings for instance. Knowledge can come from manager’s own expertise or from other trainings.
• Conducts technical studies on new processes (assembly, machining, special processes, …) through internal & external benchmark and by suggesting industrial improvements.
• Sets requested technical and human resources to achieve budgeted tasks.
• Masters department budget and develops dashboards to monitor industrialization cost & CAPEX follow-up.
• Evaluates upstream safety, quality, supply chain risks related to industrialization processes.
• Improves industrialization performance by defining and upgrading industrialization procedures, technical specifications, rules, ….
