About The Position

TTM Technologies, Inc. is a leading global manufacturer of technology products, including mission systems, radio frequency (“RF”) components, RF microwave/microelectronic assemblies, and technologically advanced printed circuit boards (“PCBs”). TTM stands for time-to-market, representing how TTM's time-critical, one-stop design, engineering and manufacturing services enable customers to reduce the time required to develop new products and bring them to market. This role involves reviewing and creating internal documentation packages (bill of materials, configuration control, work instructions), supporting production and process engineering with documentation updates, and supporting customer calls and visits with documentation reviews and audits.

Requirements

Ability to interpret customer documentation (Blueprints, drawings, bills of material, specifications).
Excellent computer skills (MS Office) and organization skills.
Read, Speak and Understand and Communicate instructions to others in English.
Detail oriented.
Able to quickly switch tasks based on department needs.
Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Process and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC.

Nice To Haves

Working knowledge of MRP system a plus (Oracle).
Solidworks, Genesis or similar 3d modeling software a plus.
Cross-functional communication skills, partnering across engineering, quality, and operations.
Previous experience within a PCBA environment.
Working knowledge of Industry and Military Standards.

Responsibilities

Creates the workflow documents (Travelers) by which printed circuit boards are manufactured efficiently and consistently in order to meet customer quality requirements.
Work with Production Control on the release of jobs to the production floor. Adding holds for different engineers and processes.
Interface with Engineering on special builds and test vehicles.
Provide direct assistance to the Production Floor for Process / Technical issues and work to enhance and simplify documentation utilized by production floor associates with process engineering.
Interface directly with customers as well as provide DFM (design for manufacturability) support as necessary.
Familiar with all manufacturing equipment, programming requirements and associated procedures necessary for completing traveler instructions.
Implementation of TCF/Technical Change Forms.
Work with customers to close out TQ/Technical Queries. Track open TQ’s and continually communicate with customers.
Ability to handle all methods engineering job disciplines and provide support (technical and workload) to other engineers as required.
Perform contract review to ensure compliance with end-customer requirements.
Prepares project plans, manages/executes completion in time-critical manner.
Ensure documents(s) are in compliance with ISO9001 and AS9100 standards.
