Responsibilities

  • Design and optimize manufacturing systems with focus on process efficiency, capacity planning, and performance improvement
  • Develop comprehensive maintenance strategies including preventive programs and troubleshooting protocols to maximize equipment uptime
  • Lead lean-based continuous improvement projects that enhance productivity and reduce operational costs
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards while implementing cost-effective manufacturing solutions
