- Quality Control & Inspection — intermediate level; ensuring products meet specifications through systematic quality processes
- Influencing Skills — intermediate level; gaining stakeholder buy-in for process changes and improvement initiatives
- Digital Literacy — intermediate level; leveraging digital tools and simulation software for process optimization
- Strong problem-solving abilities with talent for analyzing complex manufacturing challenges and developing practical solutions

Responsibilities
- Design and optimize manufacturing systems with focus on process efficiency, capacity planning, and performance improvement
- Develop comprehensive maintenance strategies including preventive programs and troubleshooting protocols to maximize equipment uptime
- Lead lean-based continuous improvement projects that enhance productivity and reduce operational costs
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards while implementing cost-effective manufacturing solutions
