Metals Post Processor - 3rd Shift
About The Position
We are seeking a skilled craftsperson with hands-on experience in metal finishing, grinding, sanding, and operating precision equipment like blast cabinets and ultrasonic cleaners. This role is crucial for transforming 3D-printed metal creations into polished, customer-ready marvels that directly impact life-saving medical devices used worldwide. The position involves mastering cutting-edge 3D printing post-processing techniques, working with titanium, stainless steel, and aluminum parts in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role requires a strong attention to detail, quality standards, and the ability to work collaboratively with a passionate team to solve unique challenges and push the boundaries of what's possible in 3D-printed healthcare solutions. The work environment is onsite, with a specific schedule of Friday-Sunday, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to wear Full Face, Half Face, and/or Powered Air-Purifying Respirators (fit-testing provided during hiring and annually)
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Creative problem-solving abilities
- Hands-on experience in metal finishing, grinding, and sanding.
- Experience operating precision equipment like blast cabinets and ultrasonic cleaners.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to alternate between seated and standing positions.
- Ability to handle materials up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards.

- Master cutting-edge 3D printing post-processing techniques, including finishing titanium, stainless steel, and aluminum parts.
- Operate precision grinders, sanders, blast cabinets, and ultrasonic cleaners.
- Ensure product quality meets exacting standards, impacting patient care worldwide.
- Alternate between seated and standing positions during work.
- Lift up to 50lbs and perform sustained physical tasks.
- Maintain a safe and clean workspace.
- Collaborate with a team to solve challenges and innovate in 3D-printed healthcare solutions.
- Work on export-controlled products from aerospace and defense customers.
