About The Position
We are seeking a skilled craftsperson with hands-on experience in metal finishing, grinding, sanding, and operating precision equipment like blast cabinets and ultrasonic cleaners. This role requires comfort working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, alternating between seated and standing positions while handling materials up to 50 pounds. Strong attention to detail and quality standards are essential, as your work directly impacts life-saving medical devices used worldwide. This position involves mastering cutting-edge 3D printing post-processing techniques while shaping the future of healthcare innovation.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in metal finishing, grinding, and sanding.
- Experience operating precision equipment like blast cabinets and ultrasonic cleaners.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to alternate between seated and standing positions.
- Ability to handle materials up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to wear Full Face, Half Face, and/or Powered Air-Purifying Respirators (fit-testing provided during hiring and annually).
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Creative problem-solving abilities.
