Metal "Stamping Press" Operator-2nd Shift
About The Position
NIC Global is hiring a Metal Stamping Press Operator to set up, adjust, and operate stamping press machines to produce parts according to specifications. The operator sets, aligns, and secures dies; sets ram stroke; and performs stamping operations such as punching, shearing, blanking, and forming. The role also includes setting up progressive stamping tools and feeders, working with minimal supervision, and performing general equipment maintenance. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, from 4:40 p.m. to 3:10 a.m., with four 10-hour shifts per week. The position requires the ability to follow safety practices and regulations, inspect parts as they run, and measure them with calipers and other gauges. Applicants under final consideration who receive a conditional offer will be drug tested, and employment candidates will undergo a background check.

Responsibilities
