About The Position

Landscape Forms is hiring a Metal Processing Area Team Member to help manufacture site furnishings and outdoor solutions. This role involves operating production machinery and fabrication equipment, moving materials, following production schedules, inspecting products, and supporting multiple manufacturing processes. The position is full-time and direct-hire, with a first-shift schedule of Monday through Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Overtime, when required, is on Fridays. Weekends are off. Pay is $17.00 per hour, with quarterly bonus opportunities; historical bonus payouts have averaged approximately $11,000 annually.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate saws, rollers, and CNC equipment.
• Safely use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment.
• Move materials using pallet jacks, carts, cranes, and hoists.
• Follow production schedules and support changing priorities.
• Complete machine changeovers and basic equipment adjustments.
• Use production systems to track work and support workflow.
• Inspect parts and products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Support multiple manufacturing processes and product lines.
• Help keep the work area safe, clean, and organized.
