About The Position

Landscape Forms is hiring a Metal Processing Area Team Member to help manufacture outdoor furnishings and solutions. The role involves operating and setting up saws, rollers, CNC equipment, and other fabrication tools; handling materials; supporting production schedules and multiple manufacturing processes; and inspecting products for quality. Team members are expected to work safely, keep their area organized, and adapt to changing production priorities. This is a full-time, direct-hire position on first shift, Monday through Thursday from 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Weekends are off, and overtime, when needed, is on Fridays.

The position pays $17.00 per hour, with quarterly bonus opportunities. Historical bonus payouts have averaged approximately $11,000 annually. Landscape Forms offers day-one health, dental, and vision insurance, along with additional benefits and opportunities for career development.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic computer skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to read work instructions and follow production processes.
• Reliable work history.
• Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork.
• Ability to work overtime when production demands require it.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand and move throughout the shift, and perform repetitive tasks using hands and arms.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate a variety of saws, rollers, and CNC equipment.
• Safely use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment.
• Move materials using pallet jacks, carts, cranes, and hoists.
• Follow production schedules and support changing priorities.
• Complete machine changeovers and basic equipment adjustments.
• Use production systems to track work and support workflow.
• Inspect parts and products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Support multiple manufacturing processes and product lines.
• Help keep the work area safe, clean, and organized.
